Key Compliance During Workover
 |
Ensure that monitoring of oil in water content of any discharge takes place. |
||
|
|
If oil is detected in discharge then report total quantity of oil and water discharged during operation to DESNZ. |
||
 |
Cease operation if free oil is seen on surface of sea and report as an oil spill via PON1. |
||
|
|
Ensure renewed permit is in place if planned workover operation is to continue beyond expiry date of initial permit. |
